The short version
We collect the minimum we need to talk with you and run our business, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to show or delete what we hold at any time. Write to hello@laddrio.com.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site (contact, estimate, or audit request) we collect what you enter: typically your name, email, company, and the details of your enquiry.
If our live agent is enabled, the messages you send to it are processed to generate a reply. We do not use those conversations to train external models.
If analytics are enabled, we collect privacy-respecting, aggregate usage data (such as pages viewed) to understand how the site is used. We avoid invasive tracking.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to provide the estimate or audit you asked for, to improve the site, and to run our business. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) and accessed only by people at Laddrio who need them to respond. We use reputable infrastructure providers and rely on their security controls in addition to our own.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and, where enabled, the model provider that powers the live agent), and only as needed to deliver the service.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry data for as long as it is useful to the relationship, then remove it. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@laddrio.com, and we will act on reasonable requests promptly.
